Therapeutic massage is a gentle therapeutic flowing massage assisting with circulatory & lymphatic flow. Therapeutic massage has many benefits such as providing relaxation, inspiring muscle health & promoting overall general wellness. Massage can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies.
$50 for 30 min./$85 for 60 min./$110 for 90 min
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
"Release & Reset"
Deep tissue massage is a more focused massage geared to target deeper structures of muscles, fascia & connective tissues. This form of massage releases tension while manipulating adhered tissues to promote increased flexibility & elasticity of surrounding structures.
$50 for 30 min./$85 for 60 min./$110 for 90 min.
PREGNANCY MASSAGE
"Nest & Nurture"
Pregnancy massage is a gentle therapeutic massage assisting & supporting mom & baby during 2nd & 3rd trimesters. Regular massage throughout pregnancy has proven to be beneficial for both mom and baby. Side lying & semi-reclining positions will be utilized for safety.
$50 for 30 min./$85 for 60 min.
REIKI INFUSION
"Release & Rebalance"
Reiki is a traditional healing modality that encourages flow of spiritually guided life energy from practioner to client. Your aura, energy centers & your physical body continuously allow energy to flow freely & appropriately when in a balanced state. When life force energy is not flowing freely through your energy body you may experience symptoms such as pain or "dis-ease." Reiki is a safe alternative therapy & may be effective for relief of stress, relief of pain, emotional release & general well-being.
$30 for 30 min./$60 for 60 min.
ASSISTED STRETCHING
“Loosen & Let Go”
Assisted Stretching provides passive & active movement of targeted muscles to gain increased flexibility, mobility, strength & blood flow to surrounding muscles & joints.
$50 for 30 min./$75 for 60 min.
BODY SCRUB INFUSED MASSAGE
"Salty or Sweet"
This service includes your choice of a salt or sugar scrub infused with a blend of wildcrafted essential oils. Sugar & Salt scrubs increase circulation, exfoliate skin, salt detoxifies & sugar leaves the skin with a subtle glow. This treatment involves an invigorating body scrub followed by a restoring therapeutic massage.
$125 for 90 min.
